Payment Information

Unless otherwise stated, fees for first-time clients are payable 50 percent in advance. Balance is due within 30 days of delivery of completed work.

For repeat customers, one-third of payment is due in advance. Balance is due within 30 days of delivery of completed work.

For preferred customers*, no advance payment is required. Full payment is due upon completion of work, within 30 days of delivery of work.

Advance payment is preferred via credit card or eCheck (via PayPal). Although we prefer payment via VISA, MASTERCARD, American Express, Discover Card, or eCheck via PayPal, we also accept payment made by money order or personal check.

Please note that we only accept credit card and eCheck payments via PayPal. Non-PayPal payments must be in the form of personal check or money order, made out to NUNO ANDRADE and mailed to the following address:

Advance payments made by personal check will delay the start of your project until the funds clear into our bank account.

Once terms and fees are agreed to and a purchase order is received from the client (via postal mail or e-mail), we will invoice the client via e-mail, unless client requests otherwise. The e-mailed Invoice will include information on how to make payment via the PayPal service.

To make payments via PayPal, clients must set up a FREE personal PayPal account. (Click here to set up a personal PayPal account. **To start accepting payments via PayPal on your Web site, please click here.**) To set up an account, clients must have a valid e-mail address and valid credit card and/or checking account.

*Preferred clients are those who have used our services six or more times and who have paid promptly six consecutive times. Additional discounts are available for preferred clients.
